Letzshop.lu, Luxembourg’s first national marketplace, celebrates its sixth anniversary and looks back on a period of innovation that has had a lasting impact on local shopping.
Launched in 2018, Letzshop.lu’s goal was to provide local retailers with a modern and user-friendly online platform that seamlessly connects digital and physical shopping worlds. Since then, Letzshop has brought together almost 500 retailers and 450,000 local products – from books to wines – on one platform, allowing customers to support their favourite shops in an innovative way.
New feature for sixth birthday
For its sixth birthday, Letzshop is introducing an exciting new feature: the option to pay via PayPal. In addition to existing options such as Visa and Mastercard, this addition offers another convenient payment method that further simplifies the customer experience.
Customer feedback speaks volumes
The customer reviews speak volumes for the success of the marketplace: with an impressive average rating of 4.8 on Google, the feedback from users shows how much they value Letzshop. ‘These ratings are more than just numbers for us,’ explains Philippe Herremans, CEO of Letzshop.lu. ‘They reflect the trust we have built up over the years and motivate us to constantly improve our service – be it through expanded product offerings, optimised customer service or a more user-friendly website. Every improvement is based on the experiences and suggestions of our customers.’
A look into the future
As Letzshop enters its seventh year of operation, it remains true to its mission: to strengthen local commerce and provide customers with an engaging and seamless online shopping experience.
