My name is Aleksandra Nowikowska and I’m the marketing manager at Ferala in the heart of Luxembourg City. In our shop, we offer made-to-measure clothing for men and women, including suits, tailoring, coats, shirts and jeans. All our products are made from high-quality natural fabrics from top weavers such as Loro Piana, Ermenegildo Zegna, Holland & Sherry and Dormeuil, among others. We’ve also opted for a local approach, creating our clothes exclusively in Europe with the help of local craftsmen, which allows us to guarantee the highest quality and shortest delivery times.
Slow fashion is important to you
Yes, indeed, and it could even be the motto of our business. We’d like to show our customers that it’s better to invest in a few very good quality garments than to buy regularly from low-end ready-to-wear chains. Buying made-to-measure means less surplus clothing and less waste of materials. A made-to-measure suit is a major investment, but given that we’re creating an outfit that will last for years, with the possibility of making adjustments if the figure changes, it becomes an entirely justified expense.
Any current trends?
Made-to-measure is about creating individual designs, not following trends. We create clothes that will be worn for years to come, so we’re not looking for trends in our line of business.

Our accessories are carefully selected from small European workshops, where the work is still done by hand. Our aim is to support traditional craftsmanship, which is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare in Europe. Our suppliers are often family-run businesses, where traditional craftsmanship is passed down from generation to generation, guaranteeing the incredible quality of the end product. Our collection includes classic items such as ties, clutches and cufflinks, as well as seasonal collections such as scarves, leather gloves and swimwear.

The women’s suit. This is a garment without equal. Women have the opportunity to vary the personalisation of the suit, which is far less classic than the men’s suit. When we add natural fabrics of the highest quality, we get a beautiful creation that reflects our style.
