My name is Jean-Louis Hiboux. After 12 years spent in starred restaurants in Luxembourg working as a sommelier, I welcome you in the wine shop of Bascharage, since its opening in 2003. You can find wines from Luxembourg, France and Italy, crémants, spirits, a large choice of gift boxes, a range of wine accessories, gift vouchers and cigars here. In April, we celebrate our 20th anniversary.

Yes, it is. We create gift baskets, gourmet baskets and gift boxes with wines and sweet and savoury products of your choice. Of course, we also offer non-alcoholic assortments, with local juices as well as chocolates, sweets, fruit in jars, etc.

Our special Easter baskets of course, with a selection of Fairtrade chocolate eggs, wines and gourmet products – all lovingly decorated.
Your favourite products?
My favourite product is the basket of Luxembourg wines and crémants with – as the name suggests – wines and crémants from Domaine A. Gloden & Fils in Wellenstein. Another product I often recommend to customers is El Pasador de Oro Gran Reserva Rum from Guatemala. This old rum is aged for at least 10 years and then refined for 6 months in Cognac barrels. A real treat!
